Job Description

This is an in office role located in the Greater Brisbane Area for an Events and Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing a diverse range of events and experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and memorable client experiences while maintaining deadlines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

n

Lead an agreed portfolio of events and activations from initial briefing through to post-event reporting

n

Develop and oversee detailed run sheets, timelines and budgets

n

Manage on-site delivery including bump-in, on-the-ground event management and bump-out

n

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed, confident, and engaged

n

Build strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, venues, and production partners

n

Develop and manage project budgets in consultation with the BonBon Director

n

Source supplier quotes and negotiate pricing to achieve strong commercial outcomes

n

Track project expenditure and maintain accurate budget documentation

n

Contribute ideas to activations, campaigns, and event formats

n





Develop proposal documents for new and existing clients

n

About you

n

4-6 years' experience in events, activations, or experiential marketing (agency experience preferred)

n

Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

n

Strong stakeholder management capability across clients, internal teams, and external partners

n

Solutions-focused, calm under pressure, and highly organised

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

n

Flexibility to accommodate outside of 9-5 pm work requirements where needed
