- Staff rostering, recruitment and training

- Opening and closing procedures
n
- Stock control and ordering
n
- Food cost and wastage control
n
- Cash handling and POS management
n
- Managing Uber Eats and DoorDash
n
- Food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards
n
- Staff performance and discipline
n
- Daily sales and operational reporting
n

About you

n

n
- Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
n
- Robust leadership and communication skills
n
- Experience with rostering, stock control and food cost management
n
- Good understanding of food safety requirements
n
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required due to regular communication with Chinese-speaking team members, management and suppliers
n
- Functional English communication skills are required
n
- Ability to complete 2–3 weeks of paid training in Sydney, with accommodation and meal/travel support provided
