Job Description
DT Infrastructure, part of the TasVic Greenlink JV with Samsung C&T;, seeks a Senior Industrial Relations Advisor in Leongatha-VIC to guide workplace relations on a major infrastructure program. You will interpret Fair Work legislation, manage disputes, and lead site-level IR risk mitigation while liaising with project leaders and unions.

Reporting to the Senior People and Capability Manager, you will deliver training, maintain IR documentation, and ensure compliance with contemporary awards and EBAs
