About The Role

Working closely with the Managing Director and SME's, you'll play a central role in shaping and driving high-quality tenders. This is a hands-on position where you'll be researching, writing and submitting bids in the facilities services space.

Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and bid strategy through to content creation, review, and final submission.
n
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to gather information, coordinate contributions, and ensure responses align with client requirements and organisational standards.
n
- Develop compelling, high-quality bid and proposal content that clearly articulates value propositions and differentiators.
n
- Review and enhance submission documents to ensure they are accurate, concise, compliant, and tailored to each client's specific needs.
n
- Manage post-submission activities, including client clarifications, additional information requests, and ongoing communication throughout the evaluation process.
n
- Partner with operational and business development teams to track opportunities, maintain a healthy pipeline, and identify new avenues for business growth.

About You

n

- Proven experience in a Bid Writing role, ideally within the facilities sector.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualification in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related discipline.
n
- Strong capability across Microsoft Office.
n
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
n
- Robust relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
n
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
