We're looking for a proactive and organised Submissions Coordinator to join our growing New Business team.
n
Supporting major opportunities across the health, defence, residential, government, social infrastructure and data centre sectors, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality tender and EOI submissions while working closely with leaders across the business.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in construction, architecture or engineering who enjoys managing complex submissions, bringing information together from multiple stakeholders and driving a process from start to finish.

The Role
n
Reporting to the New Business Manager, you'll coordinate the preparation, development and delivery of EOIs, tenders and post-tender submissions.
n
You'll Be Responsible For
n
n
- Coordinating end-to-end tender and submission processes
n
- Managing timelines, deadlines and submission schedules
n
- Gathering and consolidating information from technical and operational teams
n
- Assisting with bid writing, content development and document preparation
n
- Ensuring submissions are professionally presented and compliant
n
- Supporting branding,
formatting and presentation of submission documents
n
- Working collaboratively with estimating, design, project delivery and leadership teams
n
n
About You
n
You'll Ideally Bring
n
n
- 2-5 years' experience in submissions, bids, proposals, marketing coordination or a similar role
n
- Experience within construction, engineering, architecture or the broader built workplace
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Confidence engaging stakeholders and following up for information when required
n
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deadlines
n
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign (or similar design software) will be highly regarded
n
