KeyResponsibilities

Front-EndConstruction

- Reviewcontractualamendmentsandidentifykeycommercialandlegalrisks.
- Prepareandmanageconstructionclaims,contractualnoticesandprojectcorrespondence.




- Adviseondisputeavoidanceandearlyresolutionstrategies.
- Conductlegalresearchandpreparememoranda,submissionsandbriefs.
- Draftpleadings,affidavitsandotherlitigation-relateddocuments.
- Adviseclientsonstrategiestoachievecommercialoutcomesbeforeformalproceedingswherepossible.

Client&PracticeDevelopment;

- Buildandmaintainstrongclientandstakeholderrelationships.
- Workcloselywithprojectdirectors,commercialmanagers,engineersandtechnicalexperts.
- Deliverresponsive,commerciallyfocusedlegaladvice.
- Contributetoknowledgesharing,precedentdevelopmentandprocessimprovementinitiatives.
