Head of Marketing | Healthcare Staffing | Growth, Brand & Digital

At Acacium Group, we're building Australia's leading healthcare staffing brands, connecting healthcare professionals with the organisations that need them most.

We're looking for a commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of growth across our healthcare, aged care and childcare businesses. This is a senior leadership role with a clear mandate: drive candidate attraction, support client acquisition and deliver measurable impact on business performance.

This is not a role focused solely on brand awareness. We want someone who can translate marketing activity into tangible outcomes including candidate growth, filled shifts, client acquisition and return on investment.

What you'll be doing

You'll develop and execute a marketing strategy that supports our growth ambitions across multiple healthcare staffing brands and markets. Working closely with business leaders across Australia and internationally, you'll ensure marketing priorities align with workforce demand, client growth and commercial performance. You'll also play a key role in shaping our brand strategy, market positioning and customer experience as we continue to evolve and grow our healthcare staffing portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading candidate attraction strategies across healthcare, aged care and childcare sectors

Delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, websites, CRM and paid media

Driving client acquisition initiatives and supporting tender and proposal activity

Building marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks that clearly demonstrate ROI

Owning website performance, SEO and conversion optimisation

Managing the marketing budget and investment across attraction channels

Leading content strategy and brand positioning

Partnering with Directors and operational leaders to solve workforce supply challenges

Collaborating with marketing leaders across Acacium Group's global brands on international attraction initiatives





What we're looking for

You are a strategic marketing leader who is equally comfortable discussing brand positioning, campaign performance and commercial outcomes.

You'll bring:

Proven experience leading marketing functions in a growth-focused environment

Strong digital marketing and campaign management expertise

Experience managing budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI

Advanced analytical and reporting capability

A data-driven approach to decision making

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

The ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies

Experience within recruitment, healthcare, staffing, workforce solutions or other service-based industries will be highly regarded.
