The Role

You will be responsible for delivering and supervising specialist injection and consolidation works across a range of underground mining and civil applications, including:

- Resin injection and ground consolidation

- Fall recovery and strata rehabilitation

- Cavity filling using resins and foaming grout systems





- High-flow water control and water redirection solutions

- Injection trials and technical assessments

- Personnel supervision and workforce development

- Client support and business development activities

- Training and mentoring local personnel in specialist injection techniques

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in underground mining and/or specialist civil construction

- Demonstrated experience with chemical injection systems, resin applications and cementitious grouting techniques

- Knowledge of fall recovery, water management and ground support practices

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)

- Strong safety leadership and a proven commitment to safe work practices

- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to travel and undertake domestic and international assignments
