Job Description

Tommy Collins Group in Melbourne's Elsternwick is seeking a Bakery Manager/Head Baker to oversee all day-to-day bakery operations in office. You will lead production, inventory, staffing, and quality control to deliver artisan sourdough and viennoiserie to our cafes and catering clients.

The role requires proven bakery leadership, strong knowledge of baking techniques and food-safety standards, and the ability to manage costs while keeping a passionate, hands-on team motivated.
