Job Description

Regional Workforce Management (RWM) is seeking a Site Manager to be based in office at a client location in Charleville, Queensland. You will be responsible for people welfare, onboarding processes, payroll reconciliations, and PLS worker mobilisation, alongside transport to clinics and VEVO reporting.

The role requires experience in people management and HR/payroll administration, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to obtain required checks and vaccines.
