Job Description

St John of God Horizon House is seeking a Youth Worker for the Horizon House Young Parents Program. You will support young people aged 16–22 who are homeless or at risk, focusing on safety, skill-building and independence in a strengths‑based, trauma‑informed framework.

The role is permanent part‑time with overnight shifts, requiring relationship‑based engagement, case planning, and collaboration with education and employment services.
