Responsibilities

- Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions using MyScripts
n
- Manage day-to-day store, dispensary, and team operations
n
- Manage dispensary inventory and process orders
n
- Provide qualified patient counselling and complete patient care solutions
n
- Supervise Interns, Student Pharmacists, and Dispensary Assistants
n
- Support and develop new business strategies in pharmacy best practice
n
- Work in the pharmacy throughout the shift, often standing for long periods
n
- Attend an on-site interview at the preferred store if shortlisted
n

Requirements

n

n
- Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration
n
- Experience dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment
n
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Commercial acumen and attention to detail
n
- Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities
n
- Demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills
n
- Must meet National Criminal History Check requirements
n
- Must hold appropriate working rights in Australia
n




- Ability to work standing for long periods and perform stock replenishment involving repeated movements and lifting heavier items
