Currently, we are looking to incorporate a Bid Project Manager in Melbourne (Australia), who shares our commitment to excellence, strategic thinking, and high-value project delivery.

Key responsibilities and functions:

- Key responsibilities and functions:

- Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to submission and contract award.
n
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, commercial, legal, finance) to ensure high-quality bid submissions.
n
- Define and implement bid strategies aligned with company objectives and client requirements.
n
- Analyze tender documentation and ensure full compliance with technical, legal, and commercial conditions.
n
- Develop competitive technical and financial proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
n
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables throughout the bidding process.
n
- Identify risks and opportunities within each bid and define mitigation or optimization strategies.
n
- Engage with partners, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to strengthen bid positioning.
n




- Support negotiations with clients during the evaluation phase.
n
- Ensure proper handover to execution teams upon successful award of the contract.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes, tools, and methodologies.
n

Requirements:

- Proven experience (10-15 years) in bid management, project management, or similar roles in infrastructure, engineering, or construction environments.
n
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and contract management.
n
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
n
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
n
- Experience in international or multicultural environments is highly valued.
