Are you an HR SME looking to move into consulting, or already working as a consultant?

n

We're looking for an experienced HR Subject Matter Expert to join our consulting team.

n

This role may suit someone already working in consulting, or someone who has built robust HR systems and process experience within a Local Government, State Government, University or other large organisation and is interested in moving into consulting.

Key Responsibilities

- Support HR system implementation and improvement projects
n
- Gather and analyse business requirements
n
- Assist clients with process design and optimisation
n
- Provide functional expertise and advice
n
- Work with stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes
n

About You

n

You will have strong HR functional knowledge, experience working with HR systems, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

n

Previous consulting experience is welcome but not required.
