We're looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead the delivery of commercial construction projects across Adelaide.

n

About the Role

n

As Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from delivery through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage multiple commercial construction projects.
n
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and site activities.
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects and stakeholders.
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
n
- Monitor project quality, timelines and budgets.
n
- Resolve construction challenges with practical, effective solutions.
n
- Contribute to estimating and project planning activities.
n
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.
n

About You

n

We're looking for a proactive and experienced construction professional who brings strong leadership,



communication and problem-solving skills.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Proven experience managing multiple construction projects.
n
- Experience delivering commercial construction projects.
n
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
n
- A results-driven approach with excellent attention to detail.
n
- A strong understanding of construction safety and compliance.
n
- The ability to lead, support and motivate project teams.
n
- Estimating experience, or a willingness to develop these skills.
n
- A hands-on trade background, such as carpentry, or extensive on-site construction experience.
n

Essential Requirements

- Valid South Australian Driver's Licence.
n
- Construction White Card.
n
- Demonstrated construction project management experience.
n
- Commercial construction experience.
n

Desirable:

- Relevant construction trade qualification.
n
- Bachelor of Construction or related qualification.
n
