Bared Footwear is hiring an HR Advisor to support HR activities across the employee lifecycle at our Oakleigh HQ. You will lead onboarding, offboarding, HRIS accuracy, and workplace safety while helping foster a supportive culture that enables high performance.

You will interact with our Retail/quick-paced teams and contribute to HR initiatives including policy development and compliance, with opportunities to engage with markets beyond Australia, such as NZ and the US.
