We're seeking a Finance Partner for a 12-month Secondment opportunity to provide strategic financial leadership, partnering closely with our Technology and operational teams to drive sustainable, high-value outcomes.

Day-to-day, you will:

- Act as a trusted commercial advisor to technology and business leaders, embedding sharpCommercial Acumeninto business cases, operational budgeting, and major capital expenditure plans.

- Foster deepRelationship BuildingandCollaborative Delivery, partnering across technical, operational, and finance functions to align financial strategy with broader business objectives.
n
- Leverage yourAI & Data LiteracyandCritical Thinkingto build sophisticated financial models, evaluate complex data sets, and assess the financial performance of ongoing projects and investments.

- Navigate dynamic project portfolios and shifting business priorities withAdaptabilityand structuredProblem Solving, identifying innovative opportunities for cost optimisation and value creation.

- Demonstrated experience operating as a trusted commercial advisor in a complex, matrix organisation, powered by strongCommercial AcumenandCustomer-Focused Thinking.

- A talent forRelationship BuildingandCollaborative Delivery, with the proven ability to influence senior non-finance stakeholders and translate complex financial concepts into actionable advice.

- StrongAI & Data Literacyand advanced financial modelling capabilities (using tools like Excel ) to interrogate data, track capital expenditure, and applyCritical Thinkingto business reporting.

- A flexible mindset and provenAdaptability,



using structuredProblem Solvingto navigate the financial lifecycle of large-scale projects, capital allocations, and post-implementation reviews.

- A solid foundation in finance, accounting, commerce, or a related analytical field, complemented by relevant skilled qualifications or equivalent commercial experience.
