We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Casual School Cleaners to join our team in the Hervey Bay area.

About The Role

n

n
- Casual position averaging 20–38 hours per week
n
- Monday to Friday roster
n
- Opportunity for the role to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate
n
- Work within a school environment following established cleaning standards
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Complete general cleaning duties in line with Cleanworks' standards
n




- Ensure all doors in your designated area are securely locked before leaving
n
- Activate the alarm system upon exiting the site
n
- Safely store the school key issued to you
n
- Report any incidents to the Operations Manager immediately
n
- Respond to occasional unexpected cleaning needs
n

Requirements

n

n
- Available Monday to Friday
n
- Solid spoken English and clear communication skills
n
- WWCC and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
n
- Experience in school or commercial cleaning preferred
n
- Experience in periodical cleaning (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, scrubber machines) is an advantage
n
- Professional, well-presented, and confident working in a school environment
n
- Able to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
n
