NSW Health's South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is seeking a Scheduler Administration Intake Officer for the SAS Program, with sites across SESLHD, including Sutherland Hospital.

You will provide high-level administrative support, interface between aged care assessors and the My Aged Care Portal, and manage referrals and needs reviews.

This permanent full-time role requires strong organisational and communication skills and a patient-facing, multi-site team setting.
