The Role
n
Working from our Clarence Campus, you will be teaching future and current support workers and will shape the skills of Support Professionals in Disability & Aged Care. You will lead essential lessons, assess student progress, and inspire continuous improvement. Dive into a role where innovation, collaboration, and empowerment of students are key, enabling them to make a significant impact in their communities.

On any given day, your duties will include:
n
n
- Develop and oversee teaching materials, resources, and equipment
n
- Empowering students in their transition from campus to community
n
- Undertake training to ensure you are continuously evolving with your students.
n
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
n
- Design and deliver engaging lessons
n
n
What you will bring
n
n
- Minimum of five years within the Disability, Aged Care or Health industry; with experience in direct support roles, Management & Co-ordination highly regarded.
n
- Certificate III or higher in either Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or Nursing
n
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
n
n
A current Working with Vulnerable People registration is required, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
