Job Description

Strike 1 Recruitment seeks a Civil Construction Trainer & Assessor in Broome, Western Australia, to deliver practical, industry-focused training to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learners, in line with current VET packages and RTO policies.

You will assess learners, provide mentorship, and collaborate with employers and community organisations to create meaningful employment pathways in civil construction, roadworks, earthworks and plant operations.
