Job Description

Proactive Health is seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist for a part-time role in Wodonga, VIC. You will run your own caseload across a local medical centre and a gym, with robust autonomy from day one and support from a national network.

You'll manage referrals from Medicare EPC, DVA, NDIS, Home Care Packages and private clients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based exercise programs.
