Job Description

Senior Service Delivery Manager at Bupa leads end-to-end IT service delivery and operational excellence across Health Insurance or Health Services units. You ensure service quality, continuity, and cost-effective operations while engaging senior stakeholders.

With 8-10 years in ITSM and 3+ years in multi-tower delivery, you drive SIPs, SLAs, and governance, coordinating providers and managing budgets. You will mentor Associate SDMs and shape risk, compliance, and disaster recovery programs.
