About the role

n

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator specialising in HVAC systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HVAC design, installation, and project management and will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

n

Oversee HVAC projects from initial planning through execution and closeout

n

Estimating / Quoting projects and installations

n

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards

n

Order, organise materials, equipment, and staff to enable smooth operation of each project

n

Collaborate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met

n

Monitor project progress and provide technical expertise to the project team and sub-contractors

n

Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders

n





Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

n

Provide commissioning assistance to the installation team

n

About you

n

Experience in tendering and quoting in HVAC systems, design standards, and best practices

n

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

n

Well-organised and able to manage multiple projects

n

Ability to develop, implement and manage budgets and deadlines

n

Ability to work on and build strong customer relationships

n

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

n

Current driver's licence

n
