About the Role

n





This is not a traditional beauty therapy role. At SkinFit, we focus on long-term skin transformation through structured treatment plans. You will play a key role in delivering results by guiding clients through personalised skin journeys.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Performing advanced skin treatments with a results-driven approach.
n
- Conducting in-depth consultations and skin assessments.
n
- Prescribing treatment plans and home care (we don't "sell" - we prescribe).
n
- Educating clients on their skin, internal triggers, and long-term outcomes.
n
- Building solid client relationships to support rebooking and retention.
n
- Working towards individual and team performance goals.
n

About You

n

You are passionate about skin, driven by results, and ready to grow into a high-level skin therapist. You will ideally have:

n

n
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential).
n
- 1–2+ years clinic experience (advanced experience highly regarded).
n
- Confidence in skin consultations, treatment planning, recommending home care.
n
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on client outcomes, rebooking, and retention.
n
- Experience or strong interest in advanced skin treatments (microneedling, HIFU, advanced facials).
n
- A genuine interest in holistic skin health and understanding root causes.
n
- A professional, warm, and client-focused approach.
n
