Capworks Management is an established project management consultancy currently looking for a Project Manager to assist our project portfolio. We have developed a strong reputation over the past three decades in delivering quality outcomes for Government clients. Based in Brisbane's southside, with local travel required.

The Project Manager will support the project team in delivering a variety of projects, including current construction, extensions, and refurbishments, ranging from $100k to $30m

Responsibilities:

- Delivery of projects for Government Clients
n
- Site inspections for evaluation of construction progress
n
- Liaising with internal and external consultant teams and stakeholders
n
- Assisting the Director with projects from design to delivery
n




- High level of project reporting
n

n

Experience:

n

n
- Tertiary qualified in Project Management, Engineering, Design or Construction
n
- Would suit candidate with experience in client-side or contractor-side PM role
n
- Superintendent Representative experience preferred, but not essential
n
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time, ability to prioritise own work to meet deadlines
n
- 3-5 years similar projects experience
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
n
- Previous Education and/or Health projects will be highly regarded
