Job Description

South East Leisure is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead safe, high-performing operations across our aquatic venues in Victoria. You will oversee the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams, champion a solid safety culture, and manage risk, compliance and incident response while coordinating with stakeholders.

You'll also contribute to the readiness of the Oasis Aquatics and Wellbeing Centre set to open in 2027.
