Job Description

The Vinnies NSW invites applications for a Van Case Worker in Illawarra. You will provide professional case management and holistic support to people experiencing homelessness, housing instability and social isolation, collaborating with volunteers to deliver compassionate services.

You'll assess needs, advocate, and connect clients with external supports while maintaining records and working within the SCHCADS framework. A TAFE Certificate IV or equivalent and solid communication are required.
