You'll work closely with local clients while drawing on the support of specialists across accounting, taxation, audit and financial planning. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Accountant or Senior Accountant to join our team.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across business services, taxation and advisory.

You'll work closely with business owners, professionals, primary producers and family groups, helping them manage their accounting and taxation obligations while providing practical advice that supports their goals.

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns
- Assisting clients with taxation, compliance and business advisory matters
- Building solid relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact
- Supporting clients with business planning and growth opportunities
- Working alongside Managers and Partners on more complex client matters
- Identifying opportunities to add value beyond compliance
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members (Senior Accountant level)

About you

Accountant

You'll have





- At least 3 years' experience in Business Services, Tax or Audit
- A degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline
- Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine commitment to providing great client service
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Senior Accountant

You'll have

- At least 5 years' experience in Business Services, Tax or Audit
- Strong technical accounting and taxation capabilities
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering quality outcomes
- The ability to identify opportunities and provide practical solutions
- Leadership qualities and a willingness to support junior team members
- Strong organisational and time management skills

For both roles

- CA or CPA qualified, or currently undertaking studies, is highly regarded
- Experience with Xero, MYOB or similar accounting software is beneficial
- A team-first attitude and a desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture
