We’re hiring: AI Outbound & Growth Specialist (Sales)

The MX Studio is looking for someone who knows how to use AI, automation, LinkedIn and outbound sales systems to generate real opportunities.

This is a hands-on, results-driven role. I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of our outbound engine rather than wait for a list of tasks.

You’ll be responsible for

Building and managing AI-powered outbound workflows

LinkedIn Sales Navigator prospecting based on our ICP

Building, enriching and qualifying prospect lists

Cold email campaigns and AI-powered personalization

LinkedIn outreach and automation

Testing messaging, audiences and sequences

Posting on our LinkedIn using existing high-performing posts as a framework

Continuously improving the system based on actual results

- Driving qualified prospects to our booking page





You’ll be given our offers, ICP, positioning, existing content and booking infrastructure. Your job is to turn that into qualified sales appointments.

We’re particularly interested in people experienced with tools such as Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, n8n, Make, Zapier, Sales Navigator, enrichment tools and AI agent workflows. Your exact stack doesn’t matter if you can demonstrate a better one.

Compensation: $100 AUD per qualified attended appointment.

This is ideal for someone who understands up-to-date AI-powered outbound and wants their compensation directly tied to results.
