We are looking for a current Barista and a Sandwich Artist to join our team!

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about coffee and customer service, we'd love to hear from you. We offer flexible hours ranging from 15-20 hours per week, covering various shifts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting is preferred (at least one year)
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple coffee orders, ensuring both speed and consistent quality (2 years experience) (Barista-specific)
- Food preparation, knowledge of food safety regulations, and a keen eye when making sandwiches, rice paper rolls, baguette/panini rolls (Sandwich Artist-specific)
- Early riser, ready to start shifts as early as 5:30AM (which is a must, however we alternate with afternoon shifts)
- Exceptional team player who maintains an optimistic attitude under pressure
- Proactive, efficient, and quick on their feet
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness
- Eager to learn, highly motivated with a passion for service
- Possesses a warm and hospitable nature

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a variety of hot and iced beverages with precision and quality while keeping the coffee machine and area clean (Barista-specific)
- Ensure made-up sandwiches/rice paper rolls are ready for display, and food preparation in a clean and neat manner (Sandwich Artist-specific)




- Deliver outstanding customer service, actively listening to and addressing customer needs, and effectively upselling
- Become well-versed in our products and pricing to enhance customer interactions
- Regularly replenish food displays as needed, including tasks like pastry arrangement, pie heating, food frying, slicing bread loaves, icing
- Ensure the visual appeal and cleanliness of the store through tasks such as sweeping, polishing glass/counter/ surfaces and food trays, maintaining neat displays, dry dishes etc.
- Manage the presentation and stocking of food items and beverages in a visually appealing and clean manner

Preferred Qualifications: While candidates with barista training and experience are preferred, we encourage all interested individuals who are keen and align with the candidate profile.
