Salary range: $102,936 - $113,579 per annum plus super and leave loading (dependent on experience)
Location: Sydney, Gosford or Parramatta with flexible/hybrid working arrangements available including office attendance.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Assistant P&C; Business Partner to join our team, partnering with the front door to NSW Government, Service NSW.
Working alongside experienced P&C; professionals, you'll provide first-level HR advice and support to leaders, assist with case management activities, prepare workforce reporting and help deliver effective people solutions across the organisation.
You'll play an important role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and positive workforce outcomes.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and systems, has strong attention to detail, and is looking to further develop their HR knowledge in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
A Typical Day Might Include
- Providing first-level HR advice and guidance on routine people matters, including policy interpretation, attendance, performance and wellbeing.
- Supporting leaders to navigate employee matters and escalating complex issues where required.
- Managing P&C; enquiries and coordinating case management activities.
- Preparing reports, dashboards and insights to support workforce decision-making.
- Maintaining accurate HR systems, records and documentation.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery.
- Providing administrative and project support across the Service NSW People & Culture team.

- Experience in HR, workforce, business support or administrative roles (HR experience desirable).
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute across the broader team.
