Are you a passionate reader with a knack for retail? Our independent bookstore in the St Ives Shopping Village is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our dedicated team of booksellers.
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead and inspire our team of booksellers and create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities include managing inventory, visual merchandising, and coordinating exciting instore author events.
To be successful, you should bring team leadership experience within a retail environment, along with exceptional customer service and communication skills. A deep appreciation for literature across diverse genres and familiarity with Booknet or retail POS systems are highly valued.
