⚙️ THE ROLEWe are looking for a talented Backend Engineer to help design, develop, and maintain reliable backend services and applications. You will work with engineers and cross-functional teams to build APIs, improve system performance, manage data, and deliver scalable technology solutions.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES✔️ Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services

✔️ Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and integrations

✔️ Develop efficient application logic and backend workflows

✔️ Work with relational and non-relational databases

✔️ Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability

✔️ Implement testing and debugging processes for backend services

✔️ Monitor systems and troubleshoot technical issues

✔️ Collaborate with front-end engineers and product teams

✔️ Integrate third-party services and external APIs

✔️ Apply secure coding and software development practices





✔️ Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

✔️ Document systems, APIs, and development processes

? REQUIREMENTS? Strong understanding of backend software development

? Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Java, Node.js, C#, or Go

? Valuable knowledge of APIs, databases, and server-side architecture

? Experience with SQL and database concepts

? Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows

? Understanding of testing, debugging, and software development practices

? Knowledge of cloud platforms is an advantage

? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

? Good communication and teamwork skills

? Ability to manage multiple technical priorities

? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred
