BARISTA – Hidden Grounds Group

Hidden Grounds Group is looking for experienced and motivated baristas to join our team across our Sydney locations.

Locations:

- Hidden Grounds – Miranda
- Hidden Grounds – Kirrawee
- Hidden Grounds – Tallawong

About the role:

- Preparing high-quality coffee consistently
- Taking customer orders and providing friendly service
- Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
- Working efficiently during busy periods
- Supporting the team with general café duties when required

About you:

- Previous cafe/barista experience preferred
- Good coffee-making skills and knowledge
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Able to work well in a quick-paced team environment
- Weekend availability is preferred




- Australia cafe experience is highly regarded, but we are happy to consider candidates who are willing to learn
