We are looking for a part-time Café Supervisor/Barista for our Gisborne store who is team-oriented, fast-paced, and has a passion for customer service.

Applicants will be experienced Baristas and will work as a Supervisor when the manager is not in the store.

Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:

- Assisting with the oversight and supervising day-to-day operations
- Ensuring all staff are trained in accordance with Jolly Miller group specifications.
- Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and being an exceptional role model for your team
- Foster an workplace of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store
- Follow all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies
- Barista duties, including Latte art





Baristas who apply should be able to...

- Adjust and correct machine and grinder settings
- Have experience making all types of espresso coffee
- Produce consistent, high-quality coffee with Latte Art
- Deal with daily opening and closing of the coffee machine
- Supervise daily operations and large teams
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Have excellent presentation and customer service
