The Money Stuff
- Billable work: $140-$170/hour, depending on your experience and PBS level.
- Superannuation: 12% on top of your hourly rate
- Mandatory Admin and Supervision (e.g., staff meetings): $40/hour
- If you prefer full time, come chat to us, we'll work something out for you

What We’re Looking For

- You’re a Behaviour Support Practitioner with current PBS registration (Core, Proficient, or Advanced)
- You align with neuroaffirming, person-centred, and trauma-informed practice
- You’re confident working independently and communicating with families, stakeholders, and the NDIS
- You bring your own device (laptop/tablet), internet access, and a willingness to be part of something evolving and values-led
