We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategic review of an organisation’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Resilience capabilities .
This role will suit a Business Analyst with experience in BCM, BIA, risk, resilience, governance or consulting , who is confident working with stakeholders and developing high-quality documentation and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Support current-state assessments of BCM and Enterprise Resilience capabilities
- Assist with and facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and document findings
- Review and analyse existing BCM frameworks, policies, processes and documentation
- Support maturity assessments and gap analysis against ISO 22301 and relevant risk frameworks
- Develop and update BCM documentation, templates and resilience playbooks
- Support development of implementation roadmap
- Assist with executive-level reports,
presentations and client deliverables
- Work closely with the Lead Consultant and wider project team to ensure quality and consistency of outputs
About You
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst or Consultant
- Strong experience in BCM, BIA, Enterprise Resilience, Risk or Governance
- Hands-on experience supporting or conducting BIA workshops
- Strong analytical, documentation and report-writing skills
- Experience developing frameworks, processes, templates or playbooks
- Understanding of ISO 22301 and BCM best practice
- Robust stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience within Australian Government or highly regulated environments is highly desirable
- Open to work on a 3 month contract
