About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Entry-Level / Junior) to join our team in Australia.

The successful candidate will support business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, reporting, documentation, and project activities to help teams make informed decisions and improve business performance.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates, recent university graduates, and early-career professionals who are looking to develop practical experience in business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and project delivery.

You will work closely with experienced Business Analysts, project teams, and business stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, analyze processes, and support the implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Support stakeholder interviews, meetings, and requirements workshops.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
- Prepare business requirements documents, process maps, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development of business cases and project documentation.
- Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management summaries.
- Perform basic quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Assist with monitoring business KPIs and performance indicators.
- Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and test documentation.
- Document business processes, workflows, systems, and procedures.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify business requirements and priorities.
- Support communication between business users and technical teams.
- Assist with evaluating proposed solutions against business requirements.
- Track project actions, issues, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Conduct research on market,



industry, customer, and business trends.
- Support process-improvement and digital-transformation initiatives.
- Assist with implementation of new systems, processes, or business solutions.
- Validate data and investigate discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Maintain accurate and organized project and business-analysis documentation.
- Support continuous-improvement initiatives across business functions.
- Work collaboratively with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, and other departments.
- Perform other business-analysis duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are welcome to apply.
- Internship, university coursework, academic projects, or practical experience involving business analysis is an advantage.




- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, sorting, filtering, and PivotTables.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with process mapping, workflow analysis, or business requirements documentation is beneficial.
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or other project-management methodologies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar tools is beneficial.
- Relevant business-analysis or project-management certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
