About the Role:

As a permanent Relief Care Manager, you will support multiple Care Communities within Melbourne and some parts of regional Victoria.

Your clinical leadership ensures stability during periods of transition, leave coverage, or rapid operational needs always keeping residents, families, and team wellbeing at the centre.

This pathway role offers rich exposure to different community environments while building the capability and confidence required to progress into a substantive Care Manager position.

What You'll Do:

- Provide interim leadership and clinical oversight across multiple Care Communities
- Travel regularly within the State of Victoria and Melbourne region
- Mentor and support local clinical teams to deliver high-quality care
- Collaborate with General Managers and regional teams to ensure continuity and excellence




- Drive continuous improvement and uphold Aged Care Standards
- Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence

What You'll Bring:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven leadership or management experience in aged care or healthcare
- Strong clinical knowledge and adaptability to work across different teams and settings
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Victoria region
- A passion for making a meaningful difference every day
