Job Description

Jobtailor is seeking a responsible disability services coordinator to oversee rostering, service delivery and compliance across an SIL home in Australia. You will ensure person-centred care aligned with NDIS plans and lead a multidisciplinary team of support workers to achieve positive participant outcomes.

Responsibilities include rostering, risk and incident management, record-keeping, and participation in case meetings with guardians and external stakeholders.
