We're looking for a Casual Lead Facilitator based in Victoria to join our facilitation team and deliver experiential team building programs from our established suite of experiences.

Reporting to the Team Lead - Facilitation, you'll work alongside our Operations Team to create outstanding experiences for clients across a wide range of industries and sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

- Facilitating team building and learning experiences with professionalism, energy and confidence.
- Delivering programs in line with client objectives, budgets and operational requirements.
- Adapting your facilitation style to suit different audiences, industries and learning environments.
- Leading and coordinating assistant facilitators when working as the lead facilitator.
- Completing post-program reflections and Lead Wrap reports to support continuous improvement.
- Building solid relationships with clients, participants and colleagues.
- Continually developing your facilitation skills through training, feedback and hands-on experience.
- Supporting programs as a co-facilitator when not rostered in a lead role.

About You

You enjoy being in front of a room, engaging diverse groups and helping people get the most from an experience.

✅ Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is beneficial but not essential

✅ Experience in facilitation, education, training, coaching, events, hospitality, performing arts or public speaking would be highly regarded.

Requirements

- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Ability to travel across Victoria and occasionally interstate.
- Availability for weekday work, with occasional evenings and weekends.
