District is seeking a dedicated and caring Enrolled Nurse – Community Nurse Assisted Transfer (CNAT) to join our team.

About The Opportunity

As an Enrolled Nurse, work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing safe, high-quality nursing care and supporting patients throughout their care journey.

Role

This position plays a key role in delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in the community. In this role you will:

- Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care in the community.
- Support patients with daily living, comfort, assessment and health monitoring.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses, patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to quality improvement and positive patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.

About You We are looking for someone who has:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with an NMBA-approved medication administration qualification, including IV medication administration.
- Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills relevant to community-based care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, carers and colleagues.
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills,



with the ability to prioritise and manage workload in a changing environment.
- A commitment to quality, evidence-based practice and person-centred care, aligned with NSW Health and CCLHD values.
- A current, valid unrestricted Australian driver's license.
