Make a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of our community. Join our multidisciplinary team as a Level 1/2 Physiotherapist within our Osteoarthritis Chronic Care Program and deliver evidence-informed, patient-centred care.

About the Opportunity

Join the Central Coast Local Health District as a Physiotherapist Level 1/2 and provide high-quality, evidence-informed care to patients and their families as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. In this role you will:

- Provide physiotherapy assessment and intervention across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Develop and implement evidence-informed treatment plans focused on improving patient health, wellbeing and outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, carers, health professionals and community service providers to support coordinated care.
- Contribute to professional development, clinical supervision, education, research and continuous improvement activities.
- Manage competing clinical priorities while maintaining high standards of safe, ethical and patient-centred care.

About You

You will be a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will bring strong clinical reasoning, effective communication skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development. We are looking for someone who has:

- Demonstrated experience in physiotherapy assessment and intervention across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to analyse problems,



prioritise needs and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
- A team-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice, quality improvement and achieving positive patient outcomes.
