Role Description The Client Adviser is a full-time role based in North Sydney, NSW, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing proactive risk and insurance advice, and ensuring a consistently high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings, reviewing coverage needs, preparing proposals and renewal strategies, and liaising with insurers to secure appropriate terms.





The Client

Adviser will analyze client risk profiles, support the application of the IQ-ARTA Framework, and translate complex risk and insurance concepts into clear, actionable guidance for leadership teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with specialist advisers, and contributing to continuous improvement in client experience and service delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, delivering responsive, high-quality support.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in enhancing Customer Experience, with an understanding of relationship-driven service models.
- Experience in commercial insurance broking, risk advisory, or a related professional services environment is highly beneficial.
- Relevant qualifications in insurance, risk management, business, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex policy wordings and risk information are advantageous.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including effective time management and collaboration in both office and remote settings.
