Role Description This full-time Clinical Support Representative role is a hybrid position based in the Greater Sydney Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves providing in-theatre and on-site clinical support to orthopedic surgeons and hospital staff, including assisting with product selection, case preparation, and intraoperative guidance within defined protocols.

The Clinical Support

Representative will respond to clinical inquiries, ensure accurate product usage, and support the introduction of new implants and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clinical teams, coordinating with suppliers, supporting sales activities through product expertise,



and documenting case information and feedback for continuous improvement. The role also includes delivering product training and education to clinical staff, adhering to regulatory and hospital requirements, and participating in internal meetings and reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff.
- Sales and Training skills to support product adoption, conduct education sessions, and assist with case-related product planning.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology, particularly related to orthopedics, to understand surgical procedures and product requirements.
- Experience in a clinical, medical device, or orthopedic setting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in operating room environments, including adherence to hospital protocols and infection control standards.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases and stakeholders.
- Comfort with a hybrid work model, including travel within the Greater Sydney Area to hospitals and clinics as required.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a health science, nursing, biomedical engineering, or related field is an advantage.
