Role Description As a Co-Founder at ToolsAi, you will play a central role in defining the company’s vision, product strategy, and go-to-market approach. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate on product ideation, conduct market and user research, and help prioritize features and initiatives. You will lead or support sales and marketing activities, including outreach, demo calls, content creation, and campaign planning to grow the user base and revenue.

You will also help build foundational processes, contribute to fundraising and partnerships, and make key decisions on hiring and resource allocation. This is a full-time, remote role that requires high ownership, comfort with ambiguity,



and the ability to work across multiple functions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in sales, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals in a startup or tech environment.
- Background in marketing, such as growth initiatives, campaign planning, or brand positioning in digital channels.
- Research skills for understanding customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with prior startup experience, founding or early-team involvement strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative without close supervision.
- Comfort working with AI or software products; familiarity with product development or UX principles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
