I am filling more than one Commercial & Property seat in Brisbane.

The firms differ — established Queensland practices and national teams — but the brief is the same: you will not be parked on a residential settlement list.

You will act on property that needs thinking, and on commercial deals that happen to have a title, a lease or a business attached.

One application. I will match the seat to how you actually practise.

The mix:

- Commercial property: sales and purchases, developments, due diligence, and the documents that get the land from A to B
- Leasing for landlords and occupiers, including the disputes and variations that follow a live lease
- Business and share sales where the asset is the company, the site, or both
- Commercial contracts — supply, shareholders, joint ventures,



and the side letters clients treat as afterthoughts until they are not
- Advice that a director can use: risk, structure, and what to sign

Some seats lean property. Some lean transactions. None of them are a mill.

Who this is for?

You already practise in commercial property, commercial transactions, or both. You can run a file from instruction to completion, draft without hiding behind a precedent, and explain a title or a clause in a sentence.

A typical fit is 2 to 8 years’ PAE. Heavier or lighter CVs will still be read if the mix is real.
