Renewable Energy Engineer (Graduate)

Location: Sydney, NSW (hybrid)

Salary: AUD $80,000 - $95,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience

About us

We are a clean energy company that develops, builds, owns and operates renewable projects across Australia. Our growing portfolio spans utility-scale solar, wind and battery energy storage (BESS), and as a long-term owner we stay with every project from the first feasibility study through years of operation. We are expanding our Sydney team and looking for a graduate engineer ready to help build Australia's clean energy future.

What you will do

- You will support engineering across our project pipeline, learning from experienced engineers while taking on real responsibility from the start. Your work will include:
- Supporting engineering design and technical reviews for solar, wind and BESS projects at every stage
- Preparing energy yield assessments, site evaluations and technical due diligence
- Assisting with grid connection applications and coordination with network operators and AEMO processes
- Reviewing technical submittals from EPC contractors, consultants and equipment suppliers
- Supporting construction and commissioning, with travel to project sites across Australia
- Analysing performance data from operating assets and recommending improvements
- Contributing to the tools, templates and standards our engineering team relies on

What we are looking for

- A bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical,



civil or environmental engineering, or a related field
- A demonstrated interest in renewable energy and the clean energy transition
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data and spreadsheets
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to make technical topics simple
- Initiative and curiosity: you take ownership, ask valuable questions and learn quickly
- The right to work in Australia
- Internships, vacation work or project experience in energy are highly regarded but not required. We hire for aptitude and attitude, and we invest in developing our engineers.
