Our client is a boutique Western Suburbs agency that has continued to grow from strength to strength. They’re now looking for an Assistant / Junior Property Manager to join their Property Management team and work alongside an experienced and highly supportive Head of Department.

This is not your typical junior role. You’ll get hands-on exposure to all aspects of Property Management, plenty of support and training, and a genuine pathway to managing your own portfolio.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with the Head of Property Management, you’ll be involved in:

- Supporting the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.
- Property management administration and coordination.
- Invoicing, reporting and property file management.
- Tracking key dates and compliance requirements.
- Responding to owner and tenant enquiries.
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
- Assisting with arrears and funds management.
- Attending final inspections and home opens.
- Learning the systems, processes and skills required to become a confident Property Manager.
- Gradually taking on more responsibility as your knowledge and confidence grows.

The goal? To give you the skills, exposure and support to step into your own portfolio.

ABOUT YOU




We’re looking for someone who is keen to build a long-term career in Property Management, not just someone looking for their next job.
You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience in Real Estate or Property Management.
- Current WA Property Registration – essential.
- A professional presentation and confident communication style.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine passion for working with people.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- A great work ethic and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Good computer skills and a tech-savvy approach.
- The personality and drive to learn, grow and eventually manage your own portfolio.
